NAMI Rappahannock Featured in the Fredericksburg Free Press

We're excited to share that NAMI Rappahannock was recently featured in the Fredericksburg Free Press in an article highlighting our organization's journey, growth, and renewed commitment to serving our community.
The article, published October 31, 2026, looks at how NAMI Rappahannock moved from a period of significant uncertainty to expanding its programs, rebuilding capacity, and strengthening its presence throughout the region.
Today, we're proud to offer free mental health education, support groups, and resources for individuals and families across Planning District 16.
This progress would not be possible without the dedication of our staff, volunteers, board members, supporters, and community partners. Most importantly, it reflects the continued need for accessible mental health support right here in our community.
While we're proud of how far we've come, our work is far from finished. We're continuing to grow, build connections, and make sure individuals and families know that support is available.
