NAMI Rappahannock Signature & Homegrown Support Groups
NAMI Rappahannock offers free, peer-led mental health support groups in Fredericksburg and across Planning District 16. Our Signature and Homegrown groups provide connection, understanding, and practical tools for individuals and families navigating mental health challenges.

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups
NAMI Rappahannock offers nationally recognized, peer-led Signature Support Groups in Fredericksburg and Planning District 16. These free groups provide support, connection, and tools for mental health recovery.

Psychosis Family Support

A supportive space for families and caregivers of individuals experiencing psychosis or a psychotic illness. This group provides understanding, education, and shared support from others navigating similar challenges.
