NAMI Rappahannock offers free, peer-led mental health support groups in Fredericksburg and across Planning District 16. Our Signature and Homegrown groups provide connection, understanding, and practical tools for individuals and families navigating mental health challenges.

6:30 - 7:30 PM

A supportive space for families and caregivers of individuals experiencing psychosis or a psychotic illness. This group provides understanding, education, and shared support from others navigating similar challenges.

Judgment free, easy-to-learn tabletop role-playing. Rules-light Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) with an emphasis on story, teamwork, and connection. Ages 18+
