NAMI Peer-to-Peer hosted by NAMI Rappahannock in the Rappahannock Region

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, confidential, 8-session mental health education course for adults living with mental health conditions. Led by trained peers, the weekly program builds understanding, self-advocacy, and hope through shared experience and recovery-focused learning.

NAMI In Our Own Voice is a free mental health presentation led by individuals with lived experience. Through personal stories, it promotes understanding, reduces stigma, and encourages hope and connection.
